Carole Mondragon

Carole is a firm believer that we should embrace the fateful decisions that have brought each of us to where we are today. In her youth, for no particular reason, and not knowing a word of English, she decided to move from France to England, setting her off on a journey that has seen her living as far away as Sydney Australia and now, here in Vancouver. 

Up until the age of 12, she wanted to be a hairdresser. Then her aptitude with numbers pushed her towards studying accounting. Finally, she came to the realization that her passion in planning vacations for friends and family could blossom into a career in tourism, as a consultant specializing in leisure travel arrangements. 

True to her French background, back when she used to ski in the Alps every year, she couldn’t wait to return to the same place each time to savour the goat cheese fondue! 

Her favourite two destinations to date are Thailand and Ecuador (including the Galapagos Islands), but she wants to see much more of the world, to satisfy her desire to keep learning about different cultures, architecture, and of course, food!
